I recommend anyone who wants to try out AJAX (Asychronous Javascript and XML) and use ASP .Net 2.0 to check out Atlas. It is very easy to use and you don't even need to know any Javascript (except for the most advanced stuff). This site is built with this framework and it was the first time I've worked with AJAX. Watch some of the videos on that site and you should be good to go.
